2. Data we collect

Only the data you send us through the contact form or by email: your name, company, email address, phone number, country, the product or service you are interested in, your message and any files you attach.

We do not collect data automatically for analytics or advertising.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We use your data to answer your request, prepare a quotation and communicate with you about it. The legal basis is the establishment and performance of a contract and the steps you ask us to take before a contract (KVKK Art. 5(2)(c); GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), and our legitimate interest in answering business inquiries (KVKK Art. 5(2)(f); GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

4. Recipients and transfer abroad

Form submissions are delivered to our mailbox by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form delivery service operated outside Türkiye. FormSubmit keeps submissions for 30 days and does not keep uploaded files after delivery. FormSubmit may show a Google reCAPTCHA check on its own page to block spam.

Your data is also processed by our email and website hosting providers. Because these providers operate abroad, your data is transferred abroad on the basis of the explicit consent you give in the contact form (KVKK Art. 9). We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.

5. Retention

Inquiries that do not lead to a contract are deleted 2 years after our last contact with you.

Correspondence that relates to a contract is kept for 10 years after the end of the year in which the contract ends, as required by the Turkish Commercial Code (Art. 82).

6. Cookies and analytics

This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising tools. Fonts and images are served from our own server.

7. Your rights

Under KVKK Art. 11 and the GDPR you may ask whether we process your data, obtain a copy, have it corrected or deleted, object to processing, and withdraw your consent at any time. Send your request to [email protected]; we answer within 30 days.

You may also complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) or to the supervisory authority in your country.
